Or to improve your health or prevent your health from deteriorating more, Regular Yoga (Hatha Yoga) would be the right one. On the other hand, therapeutic yoga is highly recommended for people looking to treat a specific condition or conditions, such as healing or improving severe muscle pain, a weakened spine and even emotional instability such as anxiety attacks.
