¿What does it consist of?

Private sessions are based on the needs of the individual person. For example, If you are looking for yoga just to gain flexibility or perhaps because you want to stay healthy in body and mind. Or to improve your health or prevent your health from deteriorating more, Regular Yoga (Hatha Yoga) would be the right one. On the other hand, therapeutic yoga is highly recommended for people looking to treat a specific condition or conditions, such as healing or improving severe muscle pain, a weakened spine and even emotional instability such as anxiety attacks.

One by One

Traditional Yoga Session (Hatha Yoga).

In my private sessions, I focus on the specific needs and problems that you have.
Each session is designed according to the physical and psychological limitations that you may have. Private sessions are the best way to create a program that works for your individual needs.

For beginners, I will teach you how to develop a safe, long-lasting practice that meets your long-term fitness goals. For athletes or people more experienced in yoga or other types of fitness, my sessions provide an opportunity to take your practice one step further by focusing on areas that are used often, and misused.

Flexible schedules and sessions are available in home studio or I will travel to you.

Semi – private sessions available (maximum 4 people)

My favorite classes are back classes, hips and yoga tea group, my experience is that it helped me a lot to know more my body to change physically, I have more elasticity, stronger with my physical and mental balance, less stress. I feel more spiritual, I value and respect my body. Meeting and living with people in the tea group (gym) is great.
