Move your body, strengthen it, make it more flexible, but above all learn to heal it! And your own mind can help you! . Find out how yoga can make your mind quiet through breathing and posture. Every Monday and Friday 7:00 pm we will be transmitting yoga classes based on the therapeutic aspect.
